Sometimes redeeming discount coupons can be a pain in the back side, especially when you approach the checkout expecting all of your coupons to do exactly what you want them to, only to find out that the store doesn’t even accept certain kinds!  Kroger is one of my favorite grocery stores, and for good reason.  However, couponing at Kroger can be a little headache-ish if you don’t know how things work.  Just about every store has a Coupon Policy, and Kroger is no exception. Every couponer should know the coupon policy of their favorite stores, and many experienced couponers will print the store policy and bring it with them for reference.

If you are denied the use of a coupon, it is always best to kindly and calmly request to speak to a manager to be sure you understand for the next time you shop at their store.  It may be helpful to remind them that other Kroger stores abide by these guidelines and that you think it would be beneficial if your local stored did the same.  Happy shopping!
