AMERICAN GARLIC AND PARSLEY BREAD FOR BREAD MACHINES Recipe

Ingredients
2teaspoonyeast, active dry
3cupbread flour
3tablespoonwheat germ
3tablespoonwheat bran
4teaspoonsalt 2 tb sugar 2 tb vegetable oil
2eachgarlic cloves, minced
2tablespoonparsley, fresh chopped
1/4cupwater

Directions:

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer s
directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing. Serve plain or toasted. Makes
1-1/2 pound loaf.
