Ingredients
1cuplentils
7cupwater
4cupkale or spinach or chard, chopped into 1/2 inch strips
1eachonion, chopped
1eachcelery stalk, chopped
3eachtomatoes, chopped
1eachcarrot, chopped
3tablespoonparsley, fresh, chopped
1eachbay leaf (remove before eating)
1/4teaspoonthyme, ground
1-2tablespoonsoy miso or worcestershire sauce
1pepper, to taste

Directions:

Place the ingredients in a crockpot. Turn to low if leaving it for a long while.

Serves 4-6. Comes out thick, almost like a stew.
