Kroger: Central Region No Longer Doubling (July 31st)

Kroger has just announced that they will no longer be doubling coupons in their Central Region. The Central region includes stores in Indiana, and Illinois, as well as, a few stores in Missouri, Michigan, and Ohio. This means that paper coupons will only be accepted at face value. This policy change will take effect after July 31st. Once again, Kroger has said they will lower pricing to help offset this policy change.
