Add small amount pink dragonfruit if want pink color
Directions: blend everything until smooth
Cauliflower pizza crust:
2 cups shredded cauliflower
4 tbsp chia seeds
8 tbsp water
½ cup oat flour
½ cup almond meal/flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
3tbsp garlic powder or 4 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven 400 degrees
Take your 4 tbsp chia seeds and 8 tbsp of your water - mix well in small bowl and let sit for 5+ min
Take all pizza crust ingredients and mix in a large bowl, knead with hands
Take cauliflower dough and form into pizza crust shape on parchment paper on cooking sheet. How thick or thin pizza crust will determine baking time. Bake for approximately 30-35min, keep an eye out for it after 25min
